Location: Almada, Portugal
Salary: $1800 USD/month

We are seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages for our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have about our products.
- Follow recipes and techniques to ensure consistency in every drink served.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers on different types of coffee beans and the origin of each blend.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista is required.
- Knowledge of different brewing methods is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to multitask and handle multiple orders at once.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
