Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages
- Ensure consistent high-quality drinks by following proper recipes and techniques
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders, process payments, and handle cash register transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in the food service industry preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
