Job Title: Sales Representative


We are a leading retail company in Almada looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products using persuasive sales techniques
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and report on customer needs, interests, and competitive activities
- Continuously improve product knowledge to ensure effective communication of product features and benefits to customers

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in using CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
