We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As the primary technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating various instruments and equipment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company.

Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections and checks on instruments, identifying and troubleshooting any issues or malfunctions, performing repairs and replacements as needed, and ensuring that all instruments are functioning accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of maintenance and repairs, ordering necessary parts and supplies, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience working with instruments such as meters, gauges, sensors, and controllers. A technical degree or certification is preferred. You should also have knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with calibration processes is a plus.

As this is an urgent position, we require someone who can start immediately. You must also be willing to work flexible hours as needed.
