Office Assistant (Contract) in Almada, Portugal
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Contract Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting without prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies when needed
- Help with organizing and maintaining office space
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

This role is based in Almada, Portugal.
