Office Assistant in Almada, Portugal
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant for our company located in Almada, Portugal. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports for reimbursement
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
Requirements:
- Experience working as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
