We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end bakery located in the beautiful city of Almada. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, cakes, and desserts to delight our customers. You will also be responsible for managing the pastry section of our kitchen, ordering ingredients, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end bakery or restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques and creative decorating skills
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts according to menu specifications
- Develop new recipes while keeping up with current trends in the pastry industry
- Manage inventory levels for ingredients and supplies
- Ensure all food safety standards are met by maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Train new pastry team members on techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other chefs to plan menus and special events

Salary: 1700$ per month
