Job Title: Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and marketed effectively in retail stores. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, located in Almada. We offer accommodation for our employees and welcome applicants from all nationalities.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement merchandising strategies that increase product visibility and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include conducting store visits to check product placement, creating eye-catching displays, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

To be successful in this position, you should have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. You must also have a biometric passport that allows travel within the EU as occasional travel may be required for store visits. Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct store visits to ensure products are displayed according to company standards
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team about restocking needs
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Communicate regularly with store managers to maintain positive relationships
- Participate in trade shows or other events as needed

Requirements:
