Part-Time Carpenter in Almada

We are in need of a skilled carpenter to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications. This position is ideal for freshers or those looking for part-time work with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials needed and dimensions of structure
- Measure, cut, shape, and join wood and other building materials using hand tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim using appropriate techniques
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and heavy lifting
- Good understanding of safety protocols in construction work

Salary: $1100 per month (part-time)

Location: Almada (accommodation provided)
