Land Surveyor - Almada, Portugal (Contract)



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis in Almada, Portugal. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys and measurements of land using various equipment and techniques. Your primary goal will be to collect data on land topography, boundaries, and other features to assist in the planning and development of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Gathering data and creating detailed maps, plans, and reports
- Identifying property boundaries, easements, and other legal or physical constraints
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data for project planning
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the surveying process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Valid driver's license
