We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a part-time tutor, you will be responsible for providing quality education to women in our community. Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum tailored to the needs of adult learners
- Provide engaging and interactive lessons that promote critical thinking and learning
- Monitor and assess students' progress and provide feedback accordingly
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with other tutors to share resources and best practices
- Attend regular meetings and training sessions to continuously improve teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching adults, preferably women from diverse backgrounds
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for promoting women's education

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.

We provide accommodation for our tutors which includes a private room with basic amenities. This accommodation is conveniently located near our tutoring center.
