Part-Time Administrator in Almada
We are in need of a part-time Administrator to join our team in Almada. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and accommodation will be provided if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
