Office Manager
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative and organizational tasks of our company in Almada. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, maintaining records and databases, and overseeing schedules and deadlines. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various departments and clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month, including a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. Previous experience is not required, but candidates with prior administrative or office management experience will be given priority.
