Hotel Sales Manager



As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel located in Almada. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and drive business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. However, some weekend work may be required depending on business needs.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Almada, Portugal
