Concierge in Almada - Contract Position


We are seeking a friendly and reliable Concierge to join our team in Almada, Portugal on a contract basis. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other services
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the surrounding area
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure all guest needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required

This is an urgent position so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately. Please note that this is not a live-in position so candidates must have their own accommodation in Almada. We also require that candidates have their own visa or work permit for Portugal.
