As a concierge at our luxury hotel in Almada, Portugal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation arrangements

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the local area including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
