Office Manager for Malayalees in Abu Dhabi

As an Office Manager for our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Abu Dhabi, specifically catering to Malayalee employees. Your main duties will include managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office.

You will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. In addition, you will be expected to assist with recruitment processes and handle employee onboarding procedures.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam. You should also have strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. We offer flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule. Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
