Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel revenue through sales and marketing efforts. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and negotiating contracts to secure their business.

In this role, you will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop sales goals and strategies that align with the overall business objectives. You will also lead a team of sales executives and provide them with guidance and support to ensure their success.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management would be an advantage.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Fluency in English is required, but knowledge of other languages such as Malayalam would be beneficial. This job does not require any previous experience in the hotel industry, making it an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to kickstart their career.

Please note that this position does not come with accommodation, so candidates must already be based in Abu Dhabi or have their own accommodation arrangements. This role also offers flexibility as it can be done on a part-time basis.
