Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy, as well as maintaining relationships with clients and partners. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, and free visa and ticket will be provided. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, previous experience in hotel sales, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This position is suitable for men who are looking for an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay competitive in the market
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
- Prepare reports on sales activities and progress towards goals
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Train and manage a team of sales associates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to travel when necessary
