Concierge at a Luxury Hotel in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a professional Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and requests, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Make reservations for dining, activities, and other services
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $1100 per month (tax-free) with additional benefits including accommodation, visa sponsorship, medical insurance, and flight allowance.
