Hotel Sales Manager - Dubai (Indian Nationals Preferred)


A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Create and implement sales plans to target new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum revenue for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to provide exceptional service to clients
- Conduct site inspections and presentations for potential clients
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activities in Dubai
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required
