Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a goal-driven and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue, managing client relationships, and developing marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi language skills preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor strategies in Dubai is a plus

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dubai (candidates of Indian nationality preferred)
