Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Dubai. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends, conducting competitor research, and creating sales reports. You must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry. This is a high-pressure role that requires flexibility, creativity, and the ability to meet targets. This position does not include accommodation and is only open to candidates who have their own visa.
As our ideal candidate, you should have a bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management and at least 3 years of experience in hotel sales. Knowledge of the Dubai market is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential as this role involves working with international clients. You must also have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with commission on sales performance. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.
