Automotive Body Repair Master

As an Automotive Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will use your expertise in bodywork and painting to assess the damage, determine the necessary repairs, and execute them with precision. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine repair needs
- Use various tools and techniques to perform bodywork repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, and welding
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking as needed
- Mix paints to match vehicle color and apply them evenly using spray guns or other methods
- Ensure quality control by closely inspecting finished work for any imperfections or missed areas
- Keep accurate records of repairs performed and materials used
- Communicate with customers about repair estimates, timelines, and any additional concerns or recommendations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Body Repair Master or similar role in a reputable workshop or dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive bodywork techniques such as welding, dent removal, panel replacement, etc.
- Experience with mixing and applying paints using various methods (spray gun, brush, etc.)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Physically fit for lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods of time

Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free)
