Indian Office Manager (Part-Time, Own Visa)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Indian Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company in Sharjah. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. The ideal candidate must have their own visa and be proficient in English. Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including scheduling appointments, answering calls, and responding to emails
- Maintain office supplies and inventory while keeping costs within budget
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Monitor office expenses and handle petty cash transactions
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed by upper management
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid own visa in Sharjah
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary:
1000$ per month (part-time)
