Office Manager - Sharjah, UAE
As a leading company in Sharjah, we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with Pakistani nationality, but we also welcome applications from foreigners. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1200$.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative processes
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Organize and maintain office records, including financial records and employee files
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other external parties on behalf of the company
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or Urdu is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of accounting principles is preferred
- Pakistani nationality preferred, but open to foreigners as well
