Hotel Sales Manager


We are hiring a driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations for guests
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Train and mentor sales team members to meet their targets
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans related to sales

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as business needs require

Salary: 1000$
