Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales department of our hotel in Sharjah. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. Your main goal will be to drive sales and meet targets while maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Analyze sales data and report on performance to management
- Create attractive packages, promotions, and marketing campaigns to attract new customers
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front desk, and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry in Sharjah
and surrounding areas
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
based on market trends
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Salary: $1300 per month
