Hotel Sales Manager

Our luxury hotel in Sharjah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue and increasing sales through various channels including corporate clients, travel agencies, and online booking platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Sharjah area. Preference will be given to Malayalees with a biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage existing accounts and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and online booking platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Sharjah area
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Malayalam is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work on weekends if required
