Hotel Sales Manager - Sharjah (Indian Nationals)



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Manage the sales team, provide guidance, and monitor their performance
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and other relevant data

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Salary: 1100$ per month
