Concierge Assistant in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates



As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents at a high-end hotel in Sharjah. Your main duties will include assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, making reservations for guests, and coordinating transportation services. You will also be expected to have excellent knowledge of local attractions and events, in order to provide recommendations and assist with planning activities for guests.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and events in Sharjah
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary:

This is a temporary position with a salary of $1800 per month.
