Junior Sales Representative


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team in El-Ain. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products to prospective customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Keep track of sales trends and report on market conditions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
- Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and workshops
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role (experience in the same industry is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade others
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)

Salary: 1200$
