Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in El-Ain. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify opportunities for business growth and develop relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new ones
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to create attractive packages and promotions
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Monitor competition and make recommendations for pricing and marketing strategies
- Train and mentor junior sales staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competition
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates. No English language proficiency is required for this job. Part-time positions are not available.
