Hotel Sales Manager - El-Ain, United Arab Emirates



The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in El-Ain, United Arab Emirates. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Participate in industry events and networking activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in the UAE market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
