Hotel Sales Manager


We are a luxury hotel located in El-Ain, seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a contract job with a starting salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending events
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders in the hospitality industry
- Respond to inquiries and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Conduct site visits and give presentations to showcase our hotel facilities
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure that client needs are met
- Act as a liaison between the client and the hotel during the planning process

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality or legal authorization to work in Canada preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in sales or marketing within the hospitality industry is an asset but not required for this entry-level position
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with no prior experience required
