Concierge Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Concierge Coordinator to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Your duties will include managing guest requests, making reservations, coordinating transportation, and providing information about local attractions and events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. This is a temporary position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Salary: 1500$ per month.

Location: El-Ain, Egypt.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of local area attractions and events.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Valid own visa or residency permit in Egypt.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, or other services as requested by guests.
- Provide information about local attractions, events, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities/services as well as local area highlights.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain accurate records of guest charges.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs such as housekeeping or maintenance requests.
- Ensure all guest requests are followed up on in a timely manner to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Keep updated records of guests' preferences to personalize their experience during future visits.
