Concierge - English Speaking (For Foreigners) in El-Ain, UAE


We are seeking a professional and highly organized Concierge to join our team in El-Ain, United Arab Emirates. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests as requested
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of guest interactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort
- Fluent in English; additional languages considered an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work permit for UAE

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$, along with accommodation. This is a contract job with the potential for extension based on performance.
