We are a fast-paced and dynamic company seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks and support our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Handle incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Maintain employee records, including attendance and leave records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
