Office Manager (Filipino) - Ajman, UAE
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Ajman. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to the team. This role is suitable for men and does not require prior experience or accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings
- Provide administrative support to the team by preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and order supplies as needed
- Oversee office budget and handle invoices and expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Salary: 1700$ per month
