Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Ajman. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, as well as identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competition
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building successful relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
