Concierge for Seasonal Resort in Ajman


A luxury resort in Ajman is seeking a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and inquiries. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people and has a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of resort services, amenities, and policies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management if necessary

Requirements:
- Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have own transportation to commute to the resort in Ajman

Salary: 1100$ per month (tax-free)
