Hotel Sales Manager


We are a luxury hotel located in Ajman, seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a Pakistani national with a strong command of the English language and with own visa in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for management
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue growth
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs in the UAE hospitality industry
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
