Concierge Assistant in Ajman
We are in search of a friendly and professional Concierge Assistant to join our team in Ajman. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a strong knowledge of the local area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Maintain the lobby area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Assist with luggage handling when needed.
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up on any outstanding items.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of the local area is preferred.
