Concierge - Ajman, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concierge to join our team in Ajman. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and assisting them with any requests or inquiries they may have during their stay. This position is open to all nationalities, but fluency in English and previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other activities
- Handle all guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with current events, attractions, and activities in the local area
- Assist with luggage storage and delivery for guests as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and activities is preferred
Salary: 1100$ per month with accommodation provided.
