Concierge (Filipino/English Speaking) - Part Time with Accommodation in Ajman
We are in need of a part-time Concierge who can assist our guests with their needs and provide exceptional customer service. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with them. We are looking for a friendly and welcoming individual who can create a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Make recommendations for dining, sightseeing, transportation, etc. based on guest preferences.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, including luggage handling.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests or resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or in customer service is preferred.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Filipino nationality preferred but not required.
Salary: 1500$ per month (part-time)
