IT Manager - Part Time (Svalbard)

As an IT Manager in Svalbard, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of our organization on a part-time basis. This position requires someone with experience in information technology management and a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our organization's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of new technology systems
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical support to employees as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our organization

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management or a related field
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security systems
- Experience with project management and leading a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization

Salary: $1000 per month (part-time)
