Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for our clients in Svalbard. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. They should also have the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems and networks
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Document all support activities and solutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation:
