As a DevOps Developer in our technology company based in Svalbard, Norway, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the tools and processes that enable our software development teams to deliver high-quality code efficiently and reliably. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our continuous integration and delivery pipelines, as well as providing support for our various software applications.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software development teams to design, implement, and maintain automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Manage configuration management tools to ensure consistency across development, testing, and production environments
- Troubleshoot issues with build and deployment processes and work with team members to find solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for DevOps and make recommendations for process improvements
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a DevOps role or similar position
- Strong understanding of build automation tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef or Puppet
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time with accommodation provided
