Junior Data Analyst


We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Svalbard. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights to our company. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large datasets from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and data mining techniques
- Identify patterns and trends in the data and provide actionable insights
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
