Python Developer (Contract)



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our team on a contract basis in the city of Svalbard. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Python programming language. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about coding and wants to work on challenging projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software applications using Python programming language
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement new features
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
- Troubleshoot and debug code as needed
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the field of Python development
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Python Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Python programming language and its libraries/frameworks (Django, Flask)
- Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Svalbard. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Svalbard.
